This resort is absolutely stunning, especially during ski season with direct access to the slopes. The atmosphere in winter is magical, offering a cozy setting with great relaxation options afterward. In the summer, it transforms into a refreshing getaway from the city heat. However, there were some service hiccups, particularly during our bowling experience, which left a sour note despite the overall enjoyment of the stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The staff put in real effort to make our skiing trip enjoyable, and the facilities, especially the indoor pool, were fantastic for keeping the kids entertained. However, the service qualities varied, and some staff seemed unprofessional. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re willing to invest a bit for a memorable ski vacation.

However, the slopes to the hotel can be challenging for beginners, and my experience with parking was less than ideal as I had to use valet services.
